Set up your IPv6 tunnel
1. Check your equipment
Use a WireGuard-capable router or computer. Check that your connection allows outbound UDP and back up your router configuration.
2. Choose your city
Toronto or Montréal: choose using measured latency and routes, not distance alone.
3. Import your configuration
Use only the file generated for your account. Never share its private key or QR code. Technical tunnel hostnames remain under MG Networks.
4. Test the connection
Check the WireGuard handshake and IPv6. Verify that your usual IPv4 connection and DNS remain in place. Only configure DNS64 if you choose IPv4 access via NAT64 for an IPv6-only network.
5. Organize your subnets
With a /56, assign a separate /64 to each LAN. Do not place the entire /56 on every network. Keep your existing IPv4 route.
