14097335 Canada inc, operating as MG Networks ("we", "us", "our"), is preparing IPv6 tunnel connectivity. Public purchases remain disabled pending acceptance tests.
IMPORTANT: Customers purchase access to network services only. MG-assigned prefixes are provided for use under an agreement, not sold. Customer-owned BYOIP resources are not transferred to MG Networks.
You agree not to use our services for:
Ownership: A standard tunnel allocation is not independent PI space or a transfer of address ownership.
License: MG Networks manages reverse DNS names for ordinary tunnel addresses. Custom PTR or reverse-zone delegation requires a separately approved prefix registered to the customer. This does not grant permission to use SMTP.
Revocation: Separate prefix rentals require written terms and registry records. They do not include transit or permission to use SMTP. SMTP is not permitted on standard customer tunnels. The launch policy blocks TCP 25, 465, 587 and 2525 in both directions, including NAT64 traffic. An exception requires separate written approval, a verified ASN, LOA and an explicitly approved customer-registered prefix; neither BGP nor payment grants an exception. Deployment and traffic tests must pass before sales open.
Speeds are shared burst ceilings, not sustained rates or guaranteed minimums. Latency and availability also depend on your ISP, router and the Internet path to our node. Email support in French and English. No guaranteed response time, 24/7 staffed support, contractual uptime SLA or DDoS mitigation service is included. Interruptions may include:
Inbound and outbound traffic are added across all tunnels on a plan. The quota resets on the paid subscription renewal date, not the first day of the month. Alerts at 80% and 100%, then 10 Mbit/s until paid renewal or an approved top-up. No automatic overage charges. Acceptance tests must pass before sales open. Network abuse or congestion may require:
After a failed renewal payment, tunnels have a 3-day grace period before suspension. They resume after payment is confirmed and provisioning succeeds. Cancellation ends service according to the subscription end date; it does not release assigned prefixes immediately.
We use operational records and abuse reports to investigate service issues. Report abuse to abuse@mgnetworks.ca. A detailed data-handling notice must be provided before commercial launch.
We will cooperate with law enforcement and may suspend services immediately if illegal activity is suspected.
No public payments are accepted during validation. Prices describe proposed offers. Final purchase, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before paid orders open.
Pilot access may be stopped during testing or to address security and abuse. Final subscription termination terms will be presented before commercial launch.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Quebec courts.
