ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

────────────────────────────────────────

Violations of this policy may result in immediate service suspension without refund. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

SMTP is not permitted on standard customer tunnels. The launch policy blocks TCP 25, 465, 587 and 2525 in both directions, including NAT64 traffic. An exception requires separate written approval, a verified ASN, LOA and an explicitly approved customer-registered prefix; neither BGP nor payment grants an exception. Deployment and traffic tests must pass before sales open.

No downstream ASN transit or resale transit is included. Source spoofing and bypassing restrictions are prohibited. This customer-tunnel policy does not apply to unrelated MG Networks mail services.
